This course was originally developed for the field of Paediatric Research. It considers the problems of informed consent. You will explore the skills needed to deal with sensitive and complex communications.

You will get the opportunity to work in a variety of styles and situations. In the process you will begin to understand the deeper levels of listening and rapport needed in difficult situations.
