New course!

Friday, March 27th, 2009

We’re very please to announce the launch of our brand new course for universities and businesses:

Negotiating Skills: Listening, Rapport and Consensus

How do you achieve consensus when you are involved in a difficult negotiation? This course looks at how we can use listening skills to build rapport and bring our communication into the affective zone where consensus takes place. How do we identify the personal style of others and flex ours to reach a successful conclusion? Using dramatic scenarios we coach participants in enhancing their personal style to make it more effective.

If you’d like more information on how this course can work for your organisation, please get in touch.

Conferences As the weather gets warmer and spring approaches, we’re heading north to deliver specially tailored sessions at a variety of exciting new conferences for university research staff.

We started our tour at the end of February at the excellent conference at The University of Manchester, next we’ll be off to The University of Liverpool at the end of this month and then finally on to Lancaster University for a conference in April!

Come and say hello if you’re there… we look forward to seeing you!
